I work for a Direct Lender with in-house approval, underwriting and funding.  For the month of November I received 4 troubled loans during the final 6 days of the month.  3 were closed funded and recorded by the 30th.  In-house everything gives me the control needed to close loans fast!  I can save you time, money and the embarasstment of not closing on time or worse, not at all.
